All cookies are made fresh to order and come individually heat sealed in food-grade cellophane bags, which allow the cookies to stay fresh for up to 4-6 weeks when stored in a cool, dry place. I would recommend NOT storing them in a fridge or in direct sunlight as it will cause the fondant to sweat.

An embossing stamp will imprint the pattern into the fondant.
Whereas a debossing stamp will have more of a 3D effect.
Two toning is where the fun happens and things start to get a little tricky and therefore the price increases a smidge to reflect.
Essentially, you take one colour of fondant and apply it to the stamp prior to pressing it into another piece of fondant. This wonderful technique requires a lot of time, patience, practice and depending on how complicated the pattern, not an easy thing to achieve.
Yes! I use gluten free products for all of my orders! Why? I saw a hole in the market for both a delicious and gluten free option. The second and most important reason is so I can eat them too!
While none of the products I use contain any gluten in them, to maintain a work/life balance for my family, our residence does have products that contain gluten in it. So to ensure the health and wellbeing of all my clients, I cannot guarantee that they will be suitable for celiac clients. Our product labels note “traces of gluten” to reflect this.
For our vanilla and chocolate sugar cookies, we do offer dairy free and egg free products! Unfortunately, the gingerbread cookies are not an option for these requirements at this time.
